Prior to the appointment of a guardian, and pursuant to Probate Code Sections 1513, you are hereby directed to: a. Investigate the proposed guardianship and prepare a report as to the: (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) Social history of the proposed guardian. Social history of the proposed ward or wards.
