q 4193 Calendar Order (Wrongful Death Action) IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS COUNTY DEPARTMENT - PROBATE DIVISION Estate of (Rev. 6/30/00) CCP 0326 ___________________________________________ } No. _______________________________ Docket ____________________________ Page __________________________________ CALENDAR ORDER (WRONGFUL DEATH ACTION) This cause coming on to be heard on a report on the status of the estate and it appearing that the sole asset of the estate is a cause of action for wrongful death in connection with which a lawsuit has been filed and is pending in the Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County; And it further appearing that under the provisions of 740 ILCS 180/2.1, any damages recovered in said Law Division action will be distributed by the court in which the cause is heard and that further action by the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County is unnecessary unless, $5,000.00 (Five Thousand Dollars) or more is awarded to a minor or disabled person.
