AGREEMENT FOR EXCLUSIVITY OF LISTING FOR LEASE OF PROPERTY This agreement is effective as of ________________________ (Date), between ______________________________, of _________________________________________ (Address)," broker" and _____________________________________, of ____________________________________________________ (Address), "owner". PART I. EMPLOYMENT OF BROKER In consideration of the services to be rendered by broker, the owner employs broker as his exclusive agent. COMMISSION As compensation for the efforts of broker, he will receive commission for each tenant procured in the amount of _________ percent of each months rent. PART III.
