AGREED LEASE TERMINATION ______________________ (State) ______________________ (County) This Agreement is made ________________________ (Date), by and between ___________________________ (Lessor) and _______________________________(Lessee). Lessor and Lessee acknowledge the following: A. Lessor and Lessee earlier entered into Lease, dated __________________, of certain real property located at _____________________________________________________(Address); and B. Lessor and lessee both desire to terminate that Lease and to release each other from all liability thereunder.
