RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. The premises shall be occupied by the following individuals only, either as guest, lodger, roomer, boarder, licensee or any other status, without, on each instance, first obtaining written consent of the Lessor. 2. Rent are to be paid per the guidelines described in the Lease Agreement. 3. A key deposit of when keys are returned. 4. Premises may not to be sublet nor assigned. 5. Lessee agrees to pay for any damage to the premises caused by the Lessee or Lessee's guests, licensees or invitees. 6. If this notice is neglected, Lessee will be made liable for the following 30-day rent. 8. The management shall not e liable for personal property that is lost or stolen. 9. The management reserves the right to enter lessee's quarters for any lawful purpose after giving proper notice. Said entry shall be confined to normal business hours unless there exist an emergency situation. 10. The prevailing party in any suit brought in connection with the Lease Agreement between Lessor and Lessee shall be entitled to reimbursement for all expenses which may be incurred, including reasonable attorney's fees. 11.
