REAL ESTATE INSPECTION ADDENDUM Regarding the described as: between and date Within two (2) days following acceptance of this agreement, Buyer shall order an inspection report from a representative of buyer's choice and for by the Buyer , which shall include the items + below. Copies of the report shall be delivered to Buyer's and Seller's authorized PURCHASE AGREEMENT EXCHANGE AGREEMENT LEASE OPTION pertaining to the property representatives to receive the same on behalf of their principles. Approval of the report, at the discretion of the Buyer which shall not be unreasonably withheld, to be given in writing within three (3) days of receipt of same. If the Buyer does not approve of the report, Buyer shall be entitled to a refund of all deposits excluding the cost of the rejected inspection report and Buyer and Seller will be excused from all obligations under this agreement. Roof, gutters, downspouts Exterior siding Doors Windows Foundation, Basement (or crawlspace) Plumbing Electrical system Heating system Cooling system Fireplace(s) Interior walls, ceilings, floors Built-in appliances Smoke Detectors Swimming Pool Spa/Hot Tub Sauna Sprinkler System Drainage system including sump pump Septic Tank Well Solar Energy System Other Seller agrees to provide reasonable access to the property to Buyer as well as any of Buyer's Representatives. Buyer has not received any representations by the undersigned Agent(s) regarding the condition of the above-listed items which are not expressed within this document. Additional terms and/or conditions: The foregoing agreement, upon execution by both parties, is incorporated into the previously executed Agreement of Sale.
