If the order is contingent on whether a good cause showing is made, the clerk should "tickle" the matter for approximately 30 days after it was sent. If there has been no further action in the case, it should be dismissed without further order of the court. If a motion is filed requesting that the matter not be dismissed, the clerk should determine if it has been scheduled for hearing. If not, consult with the court to determine what further action is necessary.
