Description

Form 4100N Notice of Final Cure Payment. This form is used in bankruptcy proceedings to inform creditors that the debtor has completed all payments required under a repayment plan and has satisfied any prepetition defaults on their debts. The form is filed separately for each creditor and must comply with the requirements set forth in Bankruptcy Rule 3002.1(f). The form generally includes information such as the name of the creditor, the original amount of the debt, the amount of the prepetition default, the total amount of payments made, and the final payment amount. It also includes a statement indicating that the debtor has fully satisfied their obligations under the repayment plan and has cured any prepetition defaults. In order to comply with Bankruptcy Rule 3002.1(f), the trustee is responsible for giving notice to each creditor that the amount required to cure the prepetition default has been paid in full and that the debtor has completed all payments under the plan. www.FormsWorkflow.com
