The readiness declaration must be filed with the court at or before the Family Resolution Conference or other hearing at which the court sets the date for the Mandatory Settlement Conference (MSC). Any party requesting a telephone appearance at the MSC must complete section "C" below and attach a completed Request to Appear by Telephone and Order (SDSC Form #D-259). Abbreviations: Preliminary Declaration of Disclosure (PDOD); Final Declaration of Disclosure (FDOD). The undersigned declare as follows: A. Completed all discovery means (a) there are no outstanding discovery issues and no pending hearings regarding discovery; and (b) no future discovery will be propounded absent a court order finding good cause. Petitioner has completed all discovery in this case. Respondent has completed all discovery in this case. B. Petitioner's proof of service of his/her PDOD was filed with the court on (date) ____________________________. Respondent's proof of service of his/her PDOD was filed with the court on (date) __________________________. (Complete if a telephone appearance is requested by one or both parties) C.
