The applicant uses Part II to determine which documentsarerequiredfora"minimumfilingpackage" and for a "substantially complete application." The applicant also uses Part II as an index for tabbing documents which are being submitted with the application. The Bureau of Real Estate uses Part II as a "quantitativedeficiencynotice"tocommunicatewhatfurther documentation, if any, is required of the applicant for a substantially complete application. II. A.
