The petition also requests that _______________________________________ of be appointed to administer the estate. You are also notified that a hearing on the opening of the estate and the appointment of an administrator for the estate has been scheduled for on ,20 at Court. You are advised that the estate will be opened and the requested person may be appointed as administrator if no interested person appears to object to this action at this hearing.
