Defendant(s) ORDER FOR INSPECTION AND FOR COPIES OF CERTAIN HOSPITAL RECORDS Under the authority of Chapter 111, Section 70, of the General Laws, as amended and in accordance with Superior Court Rule 13, it is hereby ordered that or persons or persons in charge of its records, permit to inspect the records concerning or relating to, and to furnish to said attorneys, certified or attested copies of said records upon the payment or a reasonable fee, except that said copies or the hospital records shall not contain any history of the nature or treatment of any disease, a record of which is required to be kept under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws (M.G.L.), Chapter 111, Sections 70F & 119; M.G.L. c. 111B Section 11; M.G.L. c.112 Sections 12A1/2, 129A and 135A; M.G.L. c.119 Sections 51(A-E); M.G.L. c.123 Section 36 and M.G.L. c. 233 Sections 20A, 20B & 20J.
