I agree to waive time and understand that I must post the full bail (fine) amount by personal check, money order, or cashier's check. I understand the money will be held in a trust account pending the outcome of the Court's decision. I understand the Court will mail to me (Request for Trial by Declaration TR-205) and the citing officer a declaration form. All declarations will be required to be submitted with a due date usually 30 days from the mailing date. I further understand that a decision will be issued and mailed and if found guilty, the bail/fine will be forfeited. If found not guilty, the bail/fine will be returned to me within 6-8 weeks. If found guilty, I request to be allowed to attend traffic school and will submit the additional administrative fee when notified, together with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to receive the traffic school information.
