A hearing on the Petition will be held on ____________________, or as soon thereafter as the court directs. Prior to the hearing on the Petition and the appointment of a guardian, you are directed to: 1. Personally conduct an investigation and file a report in accordance with Probate Code section 1513. The anticipated duration of the guardianship. Determination whether any party alleges the minor's parents are unfit.
