That the clerk needs not read the names or reasons for jurors excused by the Jury Commissioner (the records are available.) That the jury panel meets the general qualifications of CCP 203. (Specifically, the panel consists of citizens of the United States, age 18 or older, that are residents of California and Butte County, in possession of their natural faculties, and of ordinary intelligence; possessed of sufficient knowledge of the English language, not convicted of malfeasance in office or any felony; not serving as a grand or trial juror in any court of this state; and not subject of conservatorship.) That the jurors, and alternate jurors, may be deemed to have been admonished pursuant to CCP §611 at each adjournment or recess (except the first break), whether or not the admonition is restated in full. That the parties will be deemed to be present with counsel, and each of the jurors and alternate jurors will be deemed to be present, upon reconvening after each adjournment or recess, unless the contrary is noted on the record. That counsel and the parties need not be present when, during jury deliberations, the jurors are excused for lunch, return from lunch, and/or are permitted to separate in the evening to resume their deliberations on the morning of the next court day, or such other time as may be fixed by the Court, upon the determination by the Bailiff that all jurors are present. That in the absence of the trial judge, any judge of this court may receive the verdict.
