It appears probable that there will not be sufficient assets to pay in full all of the valid claims of the estate. The Representation of Insolvency and the Schedule of Claims shall be heard before the Franklin County Probate Court, located at 373 South High Street, 22nd Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215 on the day of , 20 at o'clock .M.
