Judge _________________________ _____________________________________ Defendant Commissioner ___________________ The Court, having reviewed the Proof of Service and Military Service Declaration and being fully informed, pursuant to the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, finds and orders that: (1) (2) (3) The Plaintiff Defendant is in default. The Military Service Declaration shows that the defaulting party is not in military service, and the Default Judgment is granted. The Military Service Declaration shows that the appearing party does not know the military service status of the defaulting party. The Default Judgment is granted, and the appearing party: does not need to file a bond; OR must file a bond in the amount of $_________________. (4) The Military Service Declaration shows the defaulting party is in military service. The court appoints an attorney to be determined to represent the nonappearing party.
