Court will fill in box below. The current restraining order stays in effect until the end of the hearing. You must continue to obey the current restraining order until the hearing. At the hearing, you can tell the judge if you do not want the order against you renewed. If the restraining order is renewed, you must obey the order even if you do not attend the hearing. If you wish to make a written response to the request to renew the restraining order, you may fill out Form EA-720, Response to Request to Renew Restraining Order.
