SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA COUNTY OF NAPA People of the State of California, Plaintiff vs. ___________________________, Defendant DECLARATION: Case No. ___________________ Petition to Withdraw Plea or Set Aside Verdict of Guilty and Dismissal of Case. On _____________, I was convicted of the crime(s) of ________________________________________. I am not on probation for, or serving a sentence for, or charged with the commission of, any other offense. I understand that if my petition is granted, I will not be released from any suspension or revocation of my privilege to drive as provided in Vehicle Code Section 13555. It does not prevent this matter from being pleaded and proven as a prior conviction in any subsequent prosecution against me for any other offense. The offense listed above is a felony that may be reduced to a misdemeanor under Penal Code Sec. 17.
