The audio links are posted two days after oral argument. For cases argued before May 2011, an oral argument CD may be requested by completing this form and paying the $30 fee (if applicable). Persons wishing to purchase an oral argument CD may do so for $30, in accordance with the Court of Appeals Fee Schedule, 28 U.S.C. foll. ยง 1913. Payment may be made by credit card through CM/ECF, by cash, or by check or money order payable to Clerk, U.S. Court of Appeals. The fee is waived for persons providing services under the Criminal Justice Act. The fee is waived for federal agencies only if the recording is not available on the Internet.
