Dakota Fast File Subscription Form The following form must be submitted to and approved by the South Dakota Secretary of State Office before the institution will be given access to the Dakota Fast File System.The annual fee is $120 for each system your institution subscribers to. If you do not have a PAD account it will be necessary to establish one and deposit a sufficient sum into that account for payment of future filings.
