Each party shall register for the class within five (5) days of the filing of the complaint with the Clerk of Courts. Each party to a divorce action and each party to a dissolution of marriage filing must complete the program within forty-five (45) days from the date of this order. The educational requirements MUST be completed prior to the final hearing. If the class is not completed, the court will not hold the final hearing. The court may also impose other sanctions.
