I am aware that I am entitled to have a complete audit by the Court of said account whereby all the books and records of the Personal Representative would be examined. I hereby waive my right to a formal audit and my right to file exceptions to the account within 30 days after receipt of said account. I authorize the Court to conduct an informal and cursory review of limited records submitted by the Personal Representative. I am aware that I may later request a formal and complete Court audit by filing a written demand with the Register of Wills within 20 days of the approval of the final account.
