Each declares that he is an adult. The undersigned empower the fiduciary in the estate, at any time, to sell at public or private sale, or to grant options to buy, or to exchange or re-exchange real estate belonging to the estate, and to execute and deliver the necessary deeds or the other conveyances, consistent with law and this power of sale.
