DATE FIDUCIARY'S NAME AND ADDRESS POSITION OF TRUST I, the undersigned fiduciary, a non-resident of Connecticut residing at the address written above, having been appointed or approved to the position of trust designated above in the above-entitled estate, do hereby appoint, pursuant to the statute in such case made and provided, the judge of the court of probate for the district named above and his or her successors in office, my attorney upon whom may be served all process in any action or proceeding against me in my representative capacity, or against me in my individual capacity, if founded upon or rising from my acts or omissions as such fiduciary, and in any garnishment of the estate in my hands as such fiduciary. And I do hereby agree that any such process which shall be served on said judge of probate or his or her successors in office shall be of the same force and validity as if served upon me personally, subject to the applicable provisions of the statutes of Connecticut, and that such appointment shall continue in force as long as any such liability remains outstanding against me and as long as I have in my hands as such fiduciary any such estate.
