UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT EASTERN DISTRICT OF WISCONSIN IN RE: Case Number: Chapter: 7 STIPULATION TO MODIFY THE AUTOMATIC STAY TO OBTAIN FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE The undersigned parties agree as follows: 1. The undersigned parties, one or both of whom is a bankruptcy debtor in the case identified in the above caption, are married to each other. The parties wish to commence or continue an action for dissolution of their marriage, including a division of their property, some or all of which may be property of the above bankruptcy estate. Any asset included in property of the bankruptcy estate shall remain under the jurisdiction of the bankruptcy court. Notwithstanding any determination by the state court of a party's rights in an asset of the bankruptcy estate, no transfer of any such asset shall occur except pursuant to bankruptcy law. 2. 3.
