Appendix F - Determining the Visitation Percentage DETERMINING THE VISITATION PERCENTAGE Page 4 of the Income and Expense Declaration (Item #2) will ask you for the percentage of custody/visitation you have with your child/ren. To calculate that figure, use a calendar to determine the number of days each month that you had the child/ren with you. Enter that amount in the last column on the applicable line for each month.
