AGREEMENT TO APPEAR ON RELEASE OF DEFENDANT ON OWN RECOGNIZANCE (P.C. § 1318) In consideration of being released on my own recognizance, I, the undersigned, promise and agree that I will: Comply with Criminal Protective Order; Abstain from the use of alcohol; Abstain from controlled substances without a prescription; Attend AA ________ times a week during pendency of court action and provide proof at court appearances; Do not drive unless licensed, insured, and with no measurable amount of alcohol in system; Submit to search by any Peace Officer; Submit to drug and/or alcohol testing by a Peace Officer; In addition, I, the undersigned, promise and agree that: 1. 2. 3.
