66.772 Dissimilar Conduct (Note: This is a limiting charge where the jury has heard evidence in Phase I of dissimilar conduct of the defendant.) You may have heard evidence of other conduct and procedures of the defendant. For the purpose of aggravation of punitive damages, you may not consider evidence of any conduct of the defendant that is dissimilar to that which resulted in the plaintiff's injury, (Note: Give the following balancing charge only if there is evidence that dissimilar conduct contributed to the harm in this case.) Continued--unless such dissimilar conduct was related to the specific harm suffered by the plaintiff in this case.
