42.400 Motor Vehicles; Rule of the Road (Meeting) Drivers of vehicles proceeding in opposite directions shall pass each other to the right. (Use remainder of charge only when applicable.) Upon roadways having width for not more than one line of traffic in each direction, each driver shall give to the other at least half of the traveled portion of the roadway, or as nearly as possible.
