L-1068 - STIPULATION AND ORDER FOR EXHIBITS AND RECEIPT FOR RECORDS (CIVIL). This form is used in Orange County civil cases to authorize the return of trial exhibits to the parties who offered them. Filed pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure § 1952, this form allows the parties to stipulate that the court clerk may release exhibits—whether admitted into evidence or only marked for identification—at the conclusion of the proceeding. The form specifies which party will receive all exhibits or particular exhibit numbers and includes acknowledgment of receipt. It also requires that all such exhibits must be maintained by counsel or self-represented party until the time for appeal has expired. All exhibits must be kept in a safe and secure location.
