FL06057 - AT-ISSUE MEMORANDUM (COUNTER AT-ISSUE) (FAMILY LAW). This is a Yuba County Superior Court form used to request that a family law case be set for trial. Filed in dissolution, legal separation, nullity, parentage, domestic partnership, or related matters, this form identifies unresolved issues such as custody, child support, spousal support, property division, attorney’s fees, and date of separation. The filing party must estimate trial length, describe outstanding discovery, confirm service of preliminary and final Declarations of Disclosure, and indicate whether a status conference, settlement conference, or trial on separate issues is requested. The court will not assign a trial date until both parties have filed preliminary disclosures pursuant to Family Code § 2104. A proof of service by mail is included.
