L1094 - STIPULATION FOR TIME PAYMENTS (AFTER JUDGMENT). This form is used in the Orange County Superior Court when parties agree to a payment plan following entry of a civil judgment. This form allows the judgment creditor and judgment debtor to stipulate to installment payments toward the remaining balance, including principal, costs, and accrued interest. The agreement specifies the monthly payment amount, the start date, and the due date each month. If a payment is missed, the entire unpaid balance becomes immediately due. While payments are current, enforcement of the judgment is stayed unless a Declaration of Default in Payments is filed. The stipulation must be signed by both parties under penalty of perjury.
