L-693 - NOTICE OF APPEAL – PARKING CITATION. This form is used to appeal the final decision of an administrative review regarding a parking citation in Orange County. After completing the administrative review process with the issuing agency, the contestant/appellant may file this notice with the Superior Court pursuant to Vehicle Code § 40230. The form requires confirmation that the parking violation fee has been paid or waived, identification of the citation number, and the date the administrative decision was mailed. A separate appeal must be filed for each parking citation or notice of delinquent parking violation.
