L1051 - APPLICATION FOR WRIT OF POSSESSION - UNLAWFUL DETAINER. This form is used in the Orange County Superior Court to request issuance of a writ authorizing the sheriff to restore possession of rental property to the landlord after a judgment in an eviction case. This form applies to unlimited civil unlawful detainer actions and is filed by the plaintiff or plaintiff’s attorney under Code of Civil Procedure §§ 712.010 and 715.010. The applicant must state the daily rental value of the property and indicate whether a Prejudgment Claim of Right to Possession was served under CCP § 415.46.
