This is a Stanislaus County Superior Court form used when a tenant fails to respond to an unlawful detainer (eviction) lawsuit and the plaintiff requests a court-entered default judgment. The form allows the court to award unpaid rent, unlawful detainer damages, attorney fees, and court costs after reviewing testimony and evidence.
