CV010 - JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT BY CLERK, UNLAWFUL DETAINER (Sec. 1169, C.C.P.) RESTITUTION OF PREMISES. This form is used in Stanislaus County Superior Court to enter a default judgment in an unlawful detainer (eviction) case when the defendant fails to respond after being properly served. Issued under California Code of Civil Procedure section 1169, the form restores possession of the rental property to the plaintiff and forfeits the lease or rental agreement.
