Description
CVUD09 - REQUEST TO SET (UNLAWFUL DETAINER). This is a San Luis Obispo County Superior Court form used to request that an eviction case be scheduled for trial. The form is filed after the case is at issue, meaning all required pleadings have been completed. It allows the requesting party to estimate trial length, indicate whether a jury trial is requested, and identify unavailable dates. The form also includes a declaration of service confirming that all parties received notice of the request. Under California law, unlawful detainer cases must be set for trial within 20 days after the request is filed. Mandatory. CCP 1170.5(a). www.FormsWorkflow.com
