PFL-15 - REQUEST FOR STATUS OR FAMILY CENTERED CASE RESOLUTION CONFERENCE. This is a Fresno County Superior Court family law form used to request a Status Conference or Family Centered Case Resolution Conference. Parties may use this form when they need a specific case resolution plan, case management orders, or court assistance in moving a family law case forward. The form requires the requesting party to explain the reasons for the conference and certify that a copy of the request, along with a completed Case Information–Family Law form and a properly addressed postage-paid envelope, has been provided to the court for service on the other party.
