CV-E-203 - STIPULATION AND ORDER TO ARBITRATION/MEDIATION LIMITED CIVIL CASES. This is a Sacramento County Superior Court form used in limited civil cases when all parties agree to submit their dispute to arbitration or court-sponsored mediation. Filed with or after the Limited Civil Case Status Memorandum (CV\E-202), the form allows parties to jointly select either arbitration under California Code of Civil Procedure section 1141.12 or court mediation under California Rule of Court 3.891. Parties must identify three proposed arbitrators or court neutrals, specify any additional stipulations, and provide signatures confirming their agreement.
