CV-E-131 - CERTIFICATION FOR SHORT CAUSE MATTERS. This is a Sacramento County Superior Court Civil Division form used by parties to certify that a case qualifies as a short cause matter requiring five hours or less of trial time. By filing this certification, the parties request that the court schedule the trial within approximately 60 to 120 days.
