CV/E-123 - JUDGMENT PURSUANT TO CCP 1710.25 (SISTER STATE). This is a Sacramento County Superior Court form used to enter a California judgment based on a judgment previously obtained in another U.S. state. Pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure section 1710.25, the form is completed after an application for entry of judgment on a sister-state judgment has been filed. It identifies the judgment creditor and judgment debtor and sets forth the amounts recoverable, including the unpaid judgment balance, court filing fees, attorney fees, and accrued interest.
