Description

CV\E-112 - ATTORNEY/PARTY COMPLIANCE STATEMENT. This is a Sacramento County Superior Court Civil Division form used by an attorney or self-represented party to explain and address noncompliance with the court’s Case Management Program (CMP) requirements. The form is typically filed in response to an Order to Show Cause (OSC) and must be submitted at least 15 days before the scheduled hearing. It requires the filer to explain why compliance was not achieved, indicate whether corrective action has been taken, provide the status of service on defendants, report whether defendants have answered or been defaulted, and confirm whether a Case Management Statement has been filed. The completed form is signed under penalty of perjury and helps the court evaluate case management compliance before the hearing. Adopted for Mandatory Use. www.FormsWorkflow.com
