CV\E-112 - ATTORNEY/PARTY COMPLIANCE STATEMENT. This is a Sacramento County Superior Court Civil Division form used by an attorney or self-represented party to explain and address noncompliance with the court’s Case Management Program (CMP) requirements. The form is typically filed in response to an Order to Show Cause (OSC) and must be submitted at least 15 days before the scheduled hearing.
