17M-27 - APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE-WHOLESALER. An individual must demonstrate they meet the designated representative-wholesaler licensure requirements pursuant to California Business and Professions Code section 4053. Allow the Board 45 days to process your application. You will receive an email notification to acknowledge receipt of your application after your payment has been processed. Provide a current and active email to receive notifications on the status of your application.
