ADR-CV-2 - PROBATE STIPULATION AND ORDER TO APPROPRIATE DISPUTE RESOLUTION. This form is a San Mateo County Superior Court form used in probate cases to confirm the parties’ agreement to participate in alternative dispute resolution (ADR). In accordance with Local Rule 3.904(b), all parties going to ADR must complete the ProbateStipulation and Order to ADR and file it with the Clerk of the Superior Court. In accordance with LocalRule 2.1.7, all parties, except for self-represented litigants, are required to file the Stipulation and Order toADR electronically. There is no filing fee for filing the stipulation. An incomplete stipulation will be returned to the parties bythe Clerk’s Office. The form captures key details including the selected ADR process, the neutral’s contact information, session date, and participating parties.
