AOC-J-123 - ORDER TO CEASE OBSTRUCTION OF OR INTERFERENCE WITH JUVENILE ASSESSMENT. This is a North Carolina District Court form used when an individual interferes with a Department of Social Services (DSS) investigation into suspected child abuse, neglect, dependency, or maltreatment. The order documents the court’s findings that a respondent has hindered DSS access to the juvenile or relevant information—such as refusing entry, withholding records, or preventing interviews.
