RI-CR059 - FLASH INCARCERATION WAIVER (Probation / Mandatory Supervision Cases). This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside, for defendants on probation or mandatory supervision who agree to waive their right to a court hearing before the probation department imposes a period of flash incarceration. Flash incarceration refers to a short-term jail stay of no more than 10 consecutive days at a time, which may be imposed as an immediate sanction for violating the terms of probation or supervision.
