Description
TF-700 - CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE. This form is used in the Alaska District or Superior Court to document and confirm that a party in a case has properly served copies of court documents—along with any attachments—to the other parties involved in the case. Known as a Certificate of Service, it is required to show the court that all parties have been notified and received the relevant paperwork. Service can be completed using the TrueFiling electronic system if both parties are enrolled, or by mail, hand-delivery, or email when TrueFiling is not used or not available. The form requires the serving party to provide specific details such as the date and time of service, the method used, and the names of the individuals served. The party must also include their contact information and sign the form to certify the accuracy of the service. Do NOT use this form for proof that you served a summons or other action starting a case (Civil Rule 4 service), or for when you used hand-delivery by a person who is not a party to the case. Special rules apply to service if the opposing party has a domestic violence protective order against you. Special rules also apply for serving a motion for expedited consideration. Civil Rules 5, 5.1. Probate Rule 1(e). www.FormsWorkflow.com
