CCP 0381 - ORDER OF DISCHARGE. This form is used in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, to officially conclude the administration of a decedent’s estate. This form is submitted after the estate’s representative has filed a final account, showing that all debts, taxes, and expenses have been paid and all remaining assets have been properly distributed to the rightful beneficiaries. Upon the court’s satisfaction that all legal requirements have been fulfilled and that notice has been properly given or waived, the judge issues an order approving the final account, discharging the representative from further duties, and canceling the representative’s bond.
