COC-CV-08C - ORDER AND NOTICE OF GARNISHMENT OF PROPERTY OTHER THAN PERSONAL EARNINGS AND ANSWER OF GARNISHEE. This form issued by the Franklin County Common Pleas Court is used in civil judgment enforcement proceedings to recover money owed to a judgment creditor by a judgment debtor.
